The four newly established bases—located in Baoting, Tunchang, Wuzhishan, and Qiongzhong—are situated in the heart of the central region, enabling local production and immediate delivery. This significantly reduces both the distance and time required to transport finished products to construction sites. For rural sewage treatment, farmland water conservancy, and tourism infrastructure projects in the central area, supply efficiency will see substantial improvement.
II. Product Adaptation for Central Region Conditions
Central Hainan is an ecological core area and the headwater region of major river systems including the Nandu River and Changhua River, necessitating stringent environmental protection requirements for engineering anti-seepage. Additionally, the mountainous terrain features significant elevation changes, requiring pipeline materials to accommodate slope variations and minor foundation settlement.

The concrete inspection well uses an integral casting process, with the base slab and well chamber formed as a single unit. With no structural joints, it offers reliable waterproofing and meets environmental standards for ecologically sensitive areas.
Secondary cement pipes are made of C35 high-strength concrete, feature a spigot-and-socket flexible joint design with EPDM rubber gaskets, and can accommodate slope variations in mountainous terrain and localized soft soil settlement.
Ecological boxes, water channel covers, and other water conservancy accessories meet the needs of farmland irrigation and river management in central China.

With the addition of four new bases, Xianghui now operates 18 production facilities across Hainan Province, covering Haikou, Sanya, Lingshui, Wanning, Chengmai, Wenchang, Qionghai, Yangpu (Danzhou), Baisha, Bashi (Dongfang), Ledong, Yazhou, Lingao, Changjiang, Baoting, Tunxiang, Wuzhishan, and Qiongzhong.
