Recently, Xianghui (Hainan) Cement Products Co., Ltd. officially signed a supply contract with China Railway Fourth Engineering Group for concrete inspection wells and secondary cement pipes for the Hainan Water Supply and Drainage Project (Danzhou Area). This marks another major breakthrough for the company in water infrastructure construction and reaffirms the trust of this large state-owned enterprise contractor in Xianghui's product quality and delivery capabilities.

Known for its rigorous procurement and supplier qualification standards, the company sets high benchmarks in the industry. The Hainan Water Supply and Drainage Project (Danzhou Area) is a flagship initiative in Hainan's water infrastructure sector, characterized by its vast coverage, numerous construction sites, and complex operating conditions. This successful contract marks another milestone for Xianghui in large-scale infrastructure projects, following key engagements such as the Haikou Jiangdong New District pipeline network, Sanya Vanke, China Resources Shimei Bay, and the Dongfang Shisuo Village relocation project.
The Danzhou region presents unique operational challenges that impose specific product requirements. Located in the western coastal area, the region features high groundwater levels and occasional saltwater intrusion. Additionally, rural sewage network points are widely dispersed, complicating logistics delivery and on-site construction coordination. To address these challenges, Xianghui has developed a tailored supply solution.
The concrete manhole is cast as a single unit, with the base slab and well chamber formed integrally to eliminate structural joints and prevent base leakage. The concrete mix uses a sulfate-resistant formulation to effectively control chloride ion penetration, making it suitable for coastal tidal environments. Joints are sealed with EPDM rubber gaskets that resist acids, alkalis, and aging, ensuring long-term sealing performance.
The secondary-grade cement pipe is manufactured using C35 high-strength concrete with a welded steel cage skeleton, ensuring structural integrity. Its spigot-and-socket flexible joint design, equipped with a sealing gasket, accommodates minor settlement in soft soil conditions. This flexibility is particularly critical in the soft soil zones of Danzhou and decentralized rural pipeline networks.
Delivery capability is the foundation of smooth project execution. Xianghui has established 14 production bases and 36 production lines across Hainan Province, with a dedicated facility in Danzhou Yangpu. Our owned fleet enables immediate dispatch and direct delivery to construction sites. We maintain stock of standard models and prioritize rapid production for special models, ensuring alignment with China Railway No. 4 Bureau's construction schedule.
Xianghui previously supplied the rural black and odorous water treatment project for Hainan No. 7 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in the Danzhou area, gaining hands-on delivery experience with local township road conditions, village site distribution, and construction schedules. This collaboration with China Railway No. 4 Group represents a continuation and upgrade of capabilities in the same region.
