Recently, Xianghui (Hainan) Cement Products Co., Ltd. officially signed a contract with Hainan Laiyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. to supply cement pipes and inspection wells for the initial processing and supporting public service facilities project for agricultural products in Bangxi, Baisha Li Autonomous County. This marks another livelihood project implemented by Xianghui in Baisha Li Autonomous County and further demonstrates the company's expansion efforts in the central ecological core area of Hainan.
The Baisha Bangxi Agricultural Product Initial Processing Supporting Public Service Facilities Project is a key livelihood initiative in Baisha County aimed at improving agricultural distribution infrastructure and driving industrial upgrading. The project imposed strict requirements on the anti-seepage performance, durability, and delivery timelines for concrete pipes and inspection wells. Xianghui emerged as the top supplier from multiple bidders, primarily due to two factors: consistent and reliable product quality, and a clear cost advantage sourced directly from the origin.
Regarding product quality, Xianghui supplied C35 high-strength concrete pipes for this project. The steel reinforcement cages are formed via rotary welding, ensuring robust pipe strength. The joints feature a socket-and-spigot flexible design with EPDM rubber gaskets, accommodating minor settlement in the local soft soil of Baisha and guaranteeing long-term network stability. Manholes are cast as monolithic structures, with bases and chambers formed in a single pour without structural joints, effectively preventing leakage and meeting environmental standards for Baisha's ecological core zone.
