Xianghui (Hainan) Cement Products Co., Ltd. is steadily advancing the Lingshui Chiling Fishing Port Upgrade and Renovation Project, constructed by CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. Xianghui is responsible for supplying concrete inspection wells for the project. This collaboration marks another key achievement for Xianghui in coastal fishing port projects and further validates the reliability of our products under challenging marine conditions.
Chiling Fishing Port, located along the Lingui coast, faces a harsh environment characterized by high groundwater levels, heavy sea-salt mist, and frequent vehicle loads. To address these challenges, Xianghui supplied precast concrete inspection wells for the project, manufactured using an integral casting process. The base slab and well chamber are formed as a single unit without structural joints, ensuring superior leak resistance from the production stage. The concrete mix utilizes sulfate-resistant cement to effectively control chloride ion penetration and protect internal steel reinforcement. Joints feature EPDM rubber gaskets, offering excellent resistance to salt mist, acids, alkalis, and aging to guarantee long-term sealing. Inspection well openings in the wharf area are reinforced with additional rebar, and cover plates are rated to match actual vehicle loads, fully meeting the operational requirements of the fishing port.
Delivery assurance: Xianghui leverages its 14 production bases and own fleet across Hainan Province to dispatch dedicated vehicles from the Changjiang headquarters or nearby facilities to the Lingshui project, ensuring stable delivery schedules. Company technical staff will be on-site to assist with water-tightness testing and interface sealing verification. Factory inspection reports and mix design reports are provided with each shipment, offering comprehensive documentation support for project acceptance.
