Recently, Xianghui (Hainan) Cement Products Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with the project developer to supply concrete manholes for Phase II of the Redfeng Area Hazardous and Dilapidated Housing Renovation and Resettlement Project in Haitang Bay, Sanya City.
1. Scope of Supply
This project supplies prefabricated concrete manholes with diameters ranging from Φ700 to Φ2000, suitable for pipe sizes DN200 through DN1000+. The product features a watertightness grade of P6/P8 and complies with JC/T 2241-2025 "Prefabricated Concrete Manholes." Manhole covers meet GB/T 23858 standards and are custom-manufactured per project design drawings.
Leveraging the company's 18 production bases across Hainan Province, inspection wells for this project will be manufactured and supplied by the nearby Sanya facility. Standard delivery is within 7 days, with provincial distribution taking 1–3 days to reach the site, ensuring timely batch arrivals to support project construction schedules.
II. About This Project
The Sanya Haitang Bay Hongfeng Area Renovation Project for Dilapidated Housing is a livelihood initiative aimed at improving living conditions for local residents. During the construction of Phase II, there were high requirements for the supply stability, product quality, and delivery coordination of municipal concrete products such as inspection wells.
Securing a role as a material supplier for this project reflects the client's confidence in Xianghui Cement's product quality and supply capabilities. We will organize production in accordance with the contract to ensure on-time delivery of products that meet all quality standards.
