We use premium raw materials including cement, river sand, and crushed stone. All incoming materials must pass laboratory testing to ensure key indicators such as strength, particle size, and clay content meet national standards. Cement is sourced from major manufacturers and meets or exceeds 42.5 grade specifications, guaranteeing product quality from the source.
Scientifically formulated design
Concrete mix designs are developed by professional laboratories based on product specifications and project requirements. By precisely controlling the water-cement ratio, sand content, and admixture dosage, we ensure the concrete meets the specified strength class while optimizing workability and durability.
Automated mixing production
Equipped with a fully automatic PLC-controlled batching plant for precise material dosing and uniform mixing. Parameters such as mixing time, loading sequence, and slump are automatically monitored by the system to ensure consistent concrete quality across every batch.
Centrifugal/Vibratory Molding
Pipes are manufactured using high-speed centrifugal casting to ensure dense concrete, uniform wall thickness, and high strength. Manholes and box culverts are formed via high-frequency vibration to guarantee structural density and precise dimensions.
Steam curing
After forming, the product enters a constant-temperature and humidity steam curing kiln. Curing is maintained at 60-80°C for 8-12 hours. This scientific curing process accelerates concrete strength development; the product may only be shipped once it reaches at least 90% of its design strength.
Strict quality inspection before shipment
Every batch undergoes full-spectrum testing for appearance, dimensions, compressive strength, and impermeability before shipment. Products are released only after passing all inspections. Our dedicated quality assurance team and advanced testing equipment ensure a defect rate of less than 99%.
